Come join us on this very colorful tour as we explore the rich artistic talent in and around the neighborhoods of North Brooklyn. We will visit the well established street art areas as well as some of the out of the way locations hidden in formal industrial areas.
You will hear first hand accounts on how the area as made the transformation to one of the most popular artistic and trendy location in Brooklyn. We will also admire the bigger than life hand painted commercial advertising murals that are unique to North Brooklyn.
Along the way we will visit several ethnic communities as well as beautiful waterfront parks with skyline views along the East River. If we make the timely connection, we will take the ferry to DUMBO and Brooklyn Bridge Park area, otherwise we will pedal there along the popular waterfront bike greenway.
As with all our tours, we will also make some food tasting stops at popular local merchants for some delicious treats. This is a relaxed pace tour with plenty of stops for historic narrations, photos, Food and drink and rest breaks.
