The popular North Brooklyn area is full of trendy bakeries, cafe's, gelato, ice cream & pastry shops as well as donuts, bagels, cupcakes and everything in between. . Join us on this tasty tour as we pedal to sample some of these delicacies . Along the way we will visit Historic Districts, classic ethnic areas, fashionable trendy locations, artistic hand-painted wall adverting and award winning waterfront parks with spectacular skyline views along the East River. Plenty of stops along the way for a bit of area history, picture taking, unique local events, like the popular Smorgasburg food festival and of course delicious treats, all at a very relaxed no rush atmosphere.
If the timing is good, we may include a ferry ride or, we will pedal along the popular waterfront bike greenway to DUMBO and Brooklyn Bridge Park. The tour will end in front of a subway station in historic Brooklyn Heights.
